Our Story
Cincinnati Ohio’s Gardens of Oakley has been through several name changes throughout the years…we began as Hyde Park Villa when we opened in 1951. By 1972, the name was changed to St. Luke, then the Dupree community, then Hyde Park Heath Care Center…and now, the Gardens of Oakley name has been chosen as a Trousdale Living Community.

Our residents rave about our beautiful Cincinnati setting and large central courtyard where live entertainment delights them regularly. We provide a very comfortable home-like environment with 40 one and two bedroom Assisted Living apartments and 160 Healthcare Center beds. The Gardens of Oakley’s staff of 155 employees all get to know each of the residents under their care personally, as the staff’s long-term commitment and dedication creates a very familiar and caring family-oriented living community. The comforts of home continue with delicious and healthy chef-prepared meals daily. From Assisted Living to Memory Care to Hospice Care, our residents age into their golden years living life to the fullest and knowing the names and recognizing the faces of our professional, caring staff like those of their own beloved family.
The Gardens of Oakley dedicated activities department provides daily recreational, spiritual and social activities to ensure every resident lives a healthy and active lifestyle, fulfilling all their needs so they can live fulfilling lives. The operational vision of The Gardens of Oakley is simple…People, Purpose, Care and Community. We believe our residents and patients deserve and receive the most compassionate, professional care we can provide.
All your needs, with all our hearts.
