Our Team

Brande Kenworthy

Director of Nursing

Brande is a Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing at (location). She comes to us with previous experience from Batavia Nursing Home as Director of Nursing and at NHC of Cool Springs where she served as MDS Coordinator. In her spare time, Brande enjoys hiking and playing the piano.

Daphney Grisham

    Assisted Living Administrator

Daphney holds an Associate Degree in Health Information from Volunteer State Community College, as well as a Licensed Practical Nursing Degree from Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Hartsville. Daphney has worked as a floor nurse with Alzheimer’s/Dementia patients, as a Director of Records and as a Nurse Manager in Assisted Living and Long-term care facilities. In her down time, Daphney enjoys watching the Nashville Predators play hockey, as well as singing and playing the piano.

Joe Garafola

Executive Director

Joe holds a BS in Health Care Administration as well as a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Kennedy Western University. He oversees the campus and hires the best leaders to improve opportunities for financial viability and regulatory compliance. Joe is LNHA certified and enjoys baseball and powerlifting in his spare time.

Ann B. Dies

Administrator

Ann is a certified Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, who received her Bachelor’s Degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. She’s been an Administrator at Lebanon Heath and Rehab Center, Hartsville Convalescent Center and Woodbury Health and Rehab Center, as well as Executive Director at Elmcroft Assisted Living. In her spare time, Ann enjoys reading and watching Motorsports.
